Customer Anthony Z. called our office regarding an issue with flooding in his basement during the rainy season.
Inspection with customer noted that water intrusion came from one portion of the basement so although we highly recommend a full perimeter system the customer choose to address the one wall that seemed to be problematic.
Installed partial WaterGuard system on one wall and a SuperSump system sump pump. Discharge to exterior with IceGuard fitting
Customer requested inspection of crawlspace with concerns regarding standing water in crawlspace and rodent intrusion. Found issues with both as there was standing water on the ground cover even with a sump pump installed and down and compromised insulation due to rodents.
Due to limited resources we redirected the water intrusion to the pump basin,.... cleaned up all downed and compromised insulation and replaced to code minimum along with a new 6 mil poly ground cover.
Customer requested inspection of crawlspace under home with concerns regarding water intrusion and rodents. Both items were noted during the inspection.
Installed a sump pump and drainage system to capture the seasonal ground water intrusion. Performed a a cleanup and replacement of black poly ground cover. Discharge point for sump pump approximately 60 feet from building.
