Our existing customer Paul C. of Bainbridge Island requested we look at a home his mother was purchasing in Suquamish, Washington as he wanted her crawlspace to be as healthy and energy efficient as in his home. After a complete clean out of existing ground cover, underfloor insulation, and misc. organic debris we were pleased to install an interior drainage system and SmartSump to mitigate ground water intrusion. Additional products installed were drainage matting,.... TerraBlock flexible foam floor insulation, the CleanSpace 20 mil Encapsulation System, SilverGlo rigid foam insulation on foundation walls and in the rim joist area. Also included a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system to provide conditioned air to the crawlspace environment. Pictures attached are of the final product.
